Hi! We’re testing out Shape & I am translating our final product. The long text scenes aren’t translating - is this intentional? Can those scenes be translated?
Any best practices from Shape users is appreciated! Thanks.

We experimented with the translations in Shape. One glitch we found is if there are abbreviations or terms that cannot be translated to the selected language, a situation such as you are explaining, would occur. I would advise reviewing the content and seeing if you can modify the text to be simplistic as possible to help generate the verbiage.
Example: we use Al for Aluminum and it made it so Al was a person named Al.
