Hi everyone.

I’m running the integration process between Salesforce and Docebo. I have successfully installed Docebo in Salesforce. When I navigate to the Docebo Admin Tab in Salesforce through the App Launcher, I get this error message - "User provisioning failed with error: JIT Provision cannot be performed due to 'User' toggle is not enabled"
So, I logged into the Docebo instance, clicked on the Gear icon and clicked on “Manage” in the Salesforce section, it takes me back to the Salesforce Configuration page as shown in the attached screenshot.

I expect to see a page with the Synchronization Tab...but it just doesn’t come up. I don’t know where else to look.
I’d very much appreciate it if anyone could please help me with a solution. Thank you very much!

@kimmy if I remember correctly, you need to first activate the integration - enter the URL of your SF sandbox and click Activate.

Hi @alekwo .

Thank you so much for your reply. I had to uninstall the Docebo package from Salesforce and start the installation process all over again ensuring that the usernames of my user account in both systems matched, and I was able to get past that.

I have encountered several blockers, making my way through them…the current challenge is that no List View is available for selection during the User synchronization process. I ensured that the “Sandbox Mode” checkbox was checked during the configuration to enable this list view...unfortunately, that is not the case.
Any useful tips, please?

@kimmy not sure, maybe check the List View Sharing Settings and try making the list view visible to all users in Salesforce.
