Our new hires access their profiles initially with their personal email. Once they complete initial onboarding courses, I update their accounts to their work email using our csv template. When I update, I also include a new, generic password with the intent that they cannot access their account again until their official hire date. The new password is not registering, however, and we have people accessing their updated account before their start date, which is a problem. 

Does anyone know how to reset passwords with a csv, or do I need to go into each account manually?
