I wonder if you could help me. I have a spreadsheet of training and, although some of the courses are the same, each expiry date of the training is different. I’m mulling over whether it’s best to upload en masse to external training or whether it’s more apt to set up an ILT course.
I plumped for ILT, but not sure what to do about all these expiry dates (it’s looking like I might have to enter each individually). I noticed on the bulk upload that there is an active until section but this doesn’t seem to affect anything and ideally I’d like a notification to the individual to let them know they need to do this again. I am also considering renewals, but again there’s so many start and end dates it would be very time consuming to go through each one.
Has anyone got any best ideas on this or will I have to do this one by one?
