Has anyone had users encounter a 500 error when attempting to download a certificate? The issue is only on the user side, when in the ‘myactivities’ section. The user has properly completed all necessary requirements to recieve certificate. I know the error 500 is a network error primarily, but this is a consistent issue that is only occuring at a certain point.

If I visit the course page while logged in as user, I can download from there. However, we typically mark courses under matainence, and would like users to go directly to the activity section to retrieve certificates.

From the certificate template area, the certificate is functioning and I can download the issued certificate with no issue.

This is occuring with a specific certificate, randomly as of last Friday. The certificate has over 20 courses tied to it- and I am unsure what percentage of users are encoutering this issue at this time.

Thank you in advance for any help or feedback.

We are having the same issue when a Powerusers tries to download a Certificate it shows an error message we have tried multiple courses and it is only affecting the Internal Training Certificates. As a superadmin I am able to download these certificates.

Is this a known bug in the system at present?

Thank you

We are facing the same issue since yesterday. It also affects our external training courses. I confirm that as a Superadmin, I‘m able to download all the certificates. We will open a ticket as now it becomes a recurrent issue and it affects our external customers.

We have been having the same issue since early last week. We have 2 open tickets at the moment but no news yet on when this can be fixed...ugh
