Hi! I created a a custom report which shows the Username, Branch name and Linked product to our users. The Linked product is an additional field which we've created earlier on.
For some reason the Product is empty for some users.
This is a mandatory field so i'm a bit puzzled why it is not filled for all users?

Are there known causes for this and what would be the best way to solve this? 

Is the data on their profiles? How does it get there? Did you also check your source if it’s not input manually?
