Does anyone have experience using the custom domain as the domain that sends emails and notifications from?  We are working with Docebo support and they are saying it is not recommended.  Seems odd and a bad user experience to not allow that.

@ReziAdmin  We do have it configured, however, I will say that it is troublesome (at best). We use it specifically because we have to get emails from Docebo servers back to our highly-fire-walled corporate users. I’d say we get the emails about 70% of the time (for notifications). Reports do come in regularly (when the data lake is working correctly 😣).

What types of issues are you seeing?

Sounds like we have similar issues.  We are setting up another sub domain to see if it resolves the issues.  Will report back with results.
