We are going to be activating our waitlists for ILT session but we have a couple of questions:

1. All of our sessions are currently full, we will be adding more soon. If someone is in a waitlist for one of the full sessions, would they be able to register for one of the available sessions or would they need to first leave the waitlist? yes since they are on the COURSE waitlist and not actually enrolled in a session
2. We have it setup to where if a spot opens in one of the full sessions, the next person on the waitlist would be enrolled in the live session. We have a notification setup where they would receive an email once enrolled. Would the waitlisted person receive that email once they are enrolled in the live session? yes, they would get the “User enrolled ILT Session” notification, not the course one since they are already enrolled in the in the course
