We want to enable the my-teams page for all users even those without org chart info

I want all users to be able to access the my teams page. 
 

is there any real downside to marking every user in my lms isManager=true? (API only action I think). I’m fine with the risk of end users being able to set each other as managers as a joke which is the worst thing they can do that I can think of.
