Hello folks.

I’m working to cater more to users looking to manage their CEU credits, and one of the biggest issues i’m seeing is that it’s very difficult to even determine how many CEUs a user has accumulated.

As far as i can tell, one of the most efficient ways is to look at the Personal Summary for a user, navigate to Courses and manually add all the entries for the Credits (CEUs) column. Which is not efficient at all.

I’m trying to puzzle out a report that will help but so far i’ve had no luck.

Does anyone have a method they use? Any input would be very helpful.

I haven’t used this setting but I know there is a way to attach CEUs to scores and credits wouldn’t that report out on a user report? There is an option to include CEUs in a User-Course Report

 

I would probably do something like create a user course report. Then I’d take the list of users and put it on new sheet and then do a sumif field based on user name and ceus
