Trying to ask an intriguing question:

Let’s say you have an off the charts compliance run...and you are asked to produced engagement analytics. Where do you start? I am showing for the entire company:

  • Frequency of completions and their distribution throughout the work week
  • A cumulative total per day (to understand rate of completion)
  • Weekend learning
  • What days key messaging went out to the organization
    • Push down approaches from leaders
    • Bottom up approaches
      • With the hope of linking messaging to engagement and understand their value
  • Top 5 business days of engagement

And this is without diving into demographic data and “vectors” of their organization to understand their relative performance.
