why aren't notification tags up to date?

We are mid implementation and building our notifications, and have realized that the Notification Event Details document lists out tags for use in notifications but for that event in the system the tags are not showing as available and when plugged in do not work!!  Why would the document have tags available that the platform doesn’t have?

 

Also many events like enrollment do not trigger and are delayed by up to a few hours.  Is there a list that defines which notifications are delayed vs instant?

@Jtischler I'd suggest reaching out to support, they will be able to clarify if that's a product defect or a mistake in the document.
