Why does Shape leave out so much of my content?

I’m exploring Shape and I’m finding that it leaves out the vast majority of my source file’s content. I recognize that it’s trying to create microlearning, but given that I’m trying to introduce a process, leaving out steps in said process is problematic. Is there anything I can do to increase the likelihood that text in my source file will be included in the Shape?

Hi @JKolodner

Have you tried changing the size of your shape? There are small, medium and large options. Small will use about 10% of the source content, medium about 40%, and large about 70%. For more details, please see the link below.

Also, have you checked to see if the structure of your source file follows the best practices for Shape? It might be worth taking a look to see if that could be causing the issue.

Thanks @Daniel. Yes, I’ve discovered these things and I was pretty disappointed to hear there was no way to keep the content at a higher level. For the type of uses I have in mind, the “gaps” make this product incompatible with my needs.
