@BHDan is the course set-up with an assignment or test question that needs to be graded? If yes, anyone with admin access to the course and specifically the Learning Assignments tab under Reports that have rights to evaluate a course/assignment can do that.

Thanks for the reply.  I see where it should be but says nothing for review.  I will need to try more to see if it is just the course.
