Which widget setting changes will work ok in Docebo?
I changed the position of the help hoverbutton so it wouldn’t block important UXUI in the bottom right of Docebo. I’d like to change the title and color of the popup box if possible.
It would also be helpful to be able to make the button translucent (say 50% opacity) so it is less obtrusive.
I tried changing the title without knowing what I was doing, and my bad javascript “broke” my whole platform requiring two interventions from support. Can I change the tag to something other than “web_widget” so that I can more easily sort these support requests in ZD?
Also, is live chat support enabled in Docebo with ZD?
