Hello everyone, 

 

I am sure I am just overthinking this, but I am brand new to LMS platforms and I am have no clue if I am doing the Certifications & Retraining right. Outside of the simple course Docebo offers, do you all have any resources I could use?

There are a few gotchas that you should be aware of:

  1. If someone has a certification already, they must renew through the Renew Now link in My Activities or the [renew_link] shortcode in a notification email.
  2. If someone has a cert already and you associate more courses to the certification (giving other options to renew), those courses won’t be visible to the user when they try to renew.\
