Chatbot?

That is a great question.  I am currently in the first round of testing on a 3rd party chatbot that sits on top of my platform.  We should have the chatbot available to our customers by the end of January 2025.  I will keep you posted if you are interested.  

We've added a page with an external link to our 3rd party chatbot via the menu. We're currently in the testing phase, which is taking longer than planned because it's tricky to link the collected data with the individual accounts this way.
As far as I know, Docebo is planning to reintroduce the virtual coach next year, so we'll be watching that with interest to see what it can do.
