Hello all! 

I’m in need of some DOCEBO EXPERTISE! Here’s what I need a solution for in the system:

 

We are moving our onboarding documents to digital and automated through Docebo. We have PDF checklists (tailored to each position, very detailed) that we want to place in Docebo and allow our Manager’s to complete each time they have a new hire. 

I tried creating a course to house all the onboarding checklists (per position) and using the assignment functionality for them to upload, but we don’t want to have to grade EVERY assignment that comes in. We also want them to be able to upload multiple times each time they fill a position with the appropriate onboarding checklist they are completing at that point in time. 

I’m not sure if this makes sense, but we would like this to be a circular course that can be accessed and completed multiple times without a person on the backend grading. 

Any recommendation is helpful! 

Are you asking about using the “Assignment” learning object or have you looked at Observation Checklists?

Checklists allow the observer to do their input all at once or over time and can be re-used or assigned to groups of users, etc. It can be added as a learning object to a course however in your case you might prefer to just schedule them outside courses...have a look at the KB article
