We are only very new to the Docebo platform, with our go live launch scheduled for end of September. One of the reasons why we went with Docebo is because of the skills functionality as that feature is something engrained into our current business. We are looking to kick off a project around skills in the coming months and so Im eager to hear from the community on how they find it. We will need to ensure that we have reporting functionalities as the business is looking for me to be able to report back in on skill development, however from reading posts this doesnt seem to be something that can be done? 

Is there anyone within the community who have found a way to use skills for this purpose?
