Problems with uploading users this morning? Or is it just me?

I have a lot of programs to launch today and I’ve been waiting close to an hour for two simple .csv uploads to process (one of them contains only 1 test user). I emailed Docebo Chat and it’s been a ½ hour with no response. 

Is anyone else experiencing this?

UPDATE: This issue is being elevated to the next tier. Meanwhile I have to upload people one at a time...

I haven’t done an upload today. I did run into a longer than expected wait for data on a preview report, however.

Issue resolved. It had to do with Docebo’s Affected Infrastructure regarding Enterprise program uploads and background jobs in my region - (Canada). 

All is working fine now.
