Even with not hitting our weekly goal of 50 new members for the past two weeks, we are still on track to hit our 4000 member milestone by the end of October 🎃. Levelling UpHere are the 23 members that took their ranks to another level last week. That’s right, we see you 👀 NEW Rank (11) 👉 Novice N
I think the title probably explains it all, curious what folks are doing for badges, and most curious about the “not everyday” ones. The interesting, the silly ones, maybe some internal jokes to see if anyone gets them…..Anyone doing these kinds of things?
Does anyone else experience a scheduled custom report in New Reports, randomly not triggering? We have one that triggers at 4:40 am ET every day. I had a chat with support last week and they said it could be because the daily refresh was hung up. If it starts at midnight ET and is still hung up almost 5 hours later, that’s concerning. It’s happened 5 times over the past month and a half. I’ve put in a ticket, but I’m wondering if anyone else has had similar experiences.
Curious what if any, assessment of curriculum folks are doing within their systems. Is it formal or informal? Is it at the course, learning plan, different level?Does anyone actually look at the reporting/feedback from it?Any good stories of changes due to it?
These results are from the week of September 12-16. The wait is over. Take a look at the results from last week on who made their way into the top 5 leaderboard, the number of new members as well as all those that took their ranks to a higher level. 👇👇👇 Top 5 Leaderboard: Member Weekly Points 1 @Bfarkas 1133 2 @lrnlab 427 3 @lrodman 377 4 @gstager 286 5 @dklinger 172 The weekly points last week were much higher than the previous week. Great job all! 👍 Welcome to our newest membersThey say all good things come to an end. I was hoping we’d be able to squeak by on not making our goal for the first week of September because it was a short week, but last week we welcomed 49 new members which means we were just one member short of 50. Alas, the streak has officially ended. What a run, though, right?! 14 consecutive weeks with over 50 new members joining is really incredible! Working on a project and curious what type, new/old reports are people mainly using now a days.If you do a mixture, please feel free to comment below on how you approach it. If you are still primarily old reports, why? (I know the primary is probably the data refresh, so if that’s why, is there another reason too?)
Hello! We are currently considering Docebo to meet our external training needs - training our customers on how to use our platform. We are considering Flow and possibly Extended Enterprise. A big concern for us is the MAUs & overage charges. How do you determine how many licenses you need and how do you avoid overages? Understandably not everyone will be in there at the same time, but it’s so hard to gauge how many will. For that reason, we would of course start with less licenses, but then how do we avoid overages? I’m very interested to hear other experiences and, specifically, what controls &/or processes you have put in place in regards to customer training, MAU, and overage fees. Thank you!Jeanette
Morning everyone! Recovering from some vacay and what came home with vacay 🙄, I havent been able to be as active, but I wanted to re-point out that we have another event in the works that we would like you to save the date on. My “brother of the inger” (YOU read into it and decide yourself)And it will be just in time before Inspire 2022! Woot woot! Corners of the community coming together? It can only be a good thing.Take a moment and reserve the calendar block:Open your calendar and reserve Friday, September 23rd from 10:00 to 12:00 pm (ET) to join us as we network and collaborate. We had some great feedback from last time’s vote up event and are going to build on the approach. Some keywords? Breakout Rooms related to Course Management, A deeper dive at Use Cases, Ideas, Moderators (we need a few!), Moderated Ranting, Fun With Like Minded People. Watch this week for that reservation form.Looking forward to seeing you virtually.@Annarose.Peterson , @lrnlab , @Bfarkas , @gstager - yawl d
I don’t know if it’s just me, but the past couple of days I feel like I keep seeing a lot of overly negative or simply demanding posts, replies to posts, etc.I know overwhelmingly most people come here to get an answer to their problem and move on, but it is a community!Remember, there is no need for this wonderful place to exist, it is kind of a miracle that Docebo has decided it is important enough to invest in the platform, people, and systems to have it in the first place, most platforms don’t bother, and especially not to the level of here. While it is always great to vent and leverage the ’power of the mob’ to try and get things fixed, remember it will not happen instantly, many are only trying to help, sometimes things that sound simple are not actually, and people tend to want to help more in pleasant environments :)//this concludes the public service announcement.
These results are from the week of September 5-9. The results from the first week of September are here...better late than never, right!? 😉 Here are the results from our leaderboard, new members and level ups from last week. Top 5 Leaderboard: Member Weekly Points 1 @Bfarkas 929 2 @lrnlab 279 3 @gstager 237 4 @lrodman 225 5 @dklinger 205 Welcome back to the top spot @Bfarkas AND welcome back to the weekly leaderboard @lrodman joining @gstager @lrnlab and @dklinger 🙌 Welcome to our newest membersAlright, here’s the deal. We didn’t hit our 50 new member goal BUT it’s because it was a short week. We said hello to 43 new members in just 4 days which means that we would have definitely hit our goal if we had the extra day. So, let’s keep it going! Levelling UpWhile it was a short week, we saw 28 members take their ranks to the next level. Take a look 👀 NEW Rank (19) 👉 Novice 👉 Contributor 👉 Influencer 👉 Helper 👉 Guide Newc
To use BlueJeans Studio, the webinar has to be an Event, not a Meeting. https://help.docebo.com/hc/en-us/articles/4408121729554-Docebo-for-BlueJeans-V2https://support.bluejeans.com/s/article/BlueJeans-Studio I set up a demo account to test, and it looks like Docebo can only create Meetings. Is this the case?
Not for nothing - @gstager keeps on helping folk in CSS.I just run around answering all different kinds of questions and field what I can - hopefully learning along the way something new.But Greg is a powerhouse - yawl need to give @gstager his own corner on the site…(PS - Totally unsolicited).THANK YOU @gstager for breaking out that inspector when folks have questions. You are a hero in my eyes too.
Getting comfortable with the system now, and writing up a bunch of things, I keep reminding myself of small things that are my favorite trick to working within the system. I am wondering what is yours? What simple or complex thing makes your life easier or you enjoy the system supports compared to your prior environments? The question came to me while writing up how to leverage the OAuth2 app’s with iframe embeds. It opens a lot of possibilities that I have not had the ability to do elsewhere.
Hi fellow admins,I’d like to start a conversation on what can be done (if anything) to prevent users sharing their login credentials with other people. If you sell individual courses, use a subscription model, or just need to protect the confidentiality of your site, do you do anything to monitor and prevent credentials being shared?
These results are from the week of August 29 - September 2. Happy Tuesday! For all of you who celebrated the long weekend, I hope it was a great one 😎. Hi all,We recently ran a few tests using ILT in Docebo. There’s definitely some issues with ILT (and vILT) and I wanted to post these here in case someone at Docebo is listening. ILT is overly complicated in general and the end user experience leaves A LOT to be desired. Here are some of my findings. End User Issues:Two different interfaces if users are enrolled vs. not enrolled into the vILT course. Issue if user is assigned more than one session. Difficult to find and launch session. Course calendar entry in Docebo sends users to the entire list of entries, instead of the one they clicked on. Very frustrating if many sessions are listed. Calendar issue when user clicks on an event calendar link within Docebo. It creates another calendar within Outlook. Only happens when user clicks the link in Docebo, not the confirmation email .ics file, which adds to the primary calendar. There is overlapping text on the drop-down menu above the enroll button. Shows PLAY button after enrollment and
