How do I search the Feature Roadmap and existing Ideas portal?

We are really excited about all the positive feedback we’ve received so far on the NEW Ideas portal. Thanks to all of you for following the new process of searching the Feature Roadmap and existing Ideas in the portal before submitting a brand new idea using the Idea Submission Template.  Speaking of searching, I wanted to make this quick little guide to help show how to search both places for anyone new to the community or anyone in need of a refresher.  Search the Feature Roadmap Navigate to the Feature Roadmap Click on the magnifying glass beside Docebo Feature RoadmapPlease note, if you click on a feature card after searching, once you exit the feature card, your search results will be lost and you will need to perform the search again.  Search existing ideas in the Ideas portal Navigate to the search bar located ABOVE the Feature Roadmap Type in the keyword(s) for the idea you are searching. issue with Provisioning error

Guys, I am new to Docebo. Started learning Docebo from past 3 weeks.I have an issue in the production. In the provisioning log, I see this. It started happening from yesterday and I am unaware of how to fix this issue. Friendly warning for Rise users

Good morning or afternoon eLearn enthusiasts.In the last few weeks I have started noticing an issue that keeps coming up when replacing Rise courses on Docebo.When doing a straight swap of Rise content (i.e. creating a version that will automatically overwrite previous versions), always double-check that all of your Continue buttons remain intact. I typically find that after I have replaced a module more than once, they start to disappear. (Even if I’m just making minor text changes that do not affect the structure). When this happens, you will have to create new versions & swap them out manually.I should mention this happens whether or not you’re using the Central Repository.I just wanted to share this. I haven’t bothered w/ a ticket yet, though i probably should. But I’m sure it would end up being a long conversation & I honestly don’t have time for that at the moment. So for now I’m just letting people know to keep an eye open for it.

Docebo v Evotix Assure

🤔I have just introduced Docebo LMS - and have had it less than a year.  The Exec are voicing that its reporting capabilities are 'disappointing' and that Evotix Assure reporting is so much better. Evotix is a Health and Safety management software system. A Director wants a 'Dashboard' to be able to see graphically what his department's training looks like, without having to pull off reports and having to manipulate them. Anyone have any thoughts on this, and how I can convince them that Evotix is a different beast! PM me if you wish.

Notifications

Hello! I have a few questions that I’m hoping to get some help with.We want team members to be notified when a course is assigned as well as a learning plan, but after assigning a learning plan, there was an email for the LP assignment, but also every individual course within in. Is there a way to set it up where people would get notified of the LP assignment only and not each individual course, but also still get alerting when they do get assignment one-off courses that are not in a LP? How can I set notifications so that they go to the learner and also the manager for overdue notifications? I still don’t understand the purpose of the triggers. When would I set triggers for notifications? Thank you!

Continuing Medical Education (CME) / Continuing Education (CE) Credits Vendor

My organization offers continuing medical credits for our courses for: ACCME: Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education ANCC : American Nurses Credentialing Center ACPE: Accreditation Council for Pharmacy EducationWe currently have a somewhat cumbersome process where learners need to log into our CME vendor’s site separately to claim credits and access CME-specific certificates. With our accreditor recently raising their fees, we’re evaluating other vendor options.I’d love to hear from others: What CME accreditation vendors are you using, and are you happy with them? How are you issuing certificates within Docebo that meet your vendor’s requirements? Any lessons learned or tips you’d be willing to share based on your experience? Certificate Expiry and non renewal

I have a user whose certification has expired. I would like the certificate to remain visible in their records as proof of completion, but I do not want the system to prompt them for retraining or show the certification as overdue. What is the best way to achieve this?

Ideas on how to hide the In Progress number-circle

This is a long shot, but here goes:We don’t want what’s circled here the IN PROGRESS and number.  Does anyone have any CSS code to remove the progress number? Or can you tell me where it’s located? I’m able to hide the “IN PROGRESS” but not the number. Here’s the story:The above used to ONLY display ILTs. However, the second an ILT begins, the link to join disappears, removes itself from the leaners’ home page. So, if a learner shows up 5 - 10 or more minutes late, too bad, so sad, there is no way of joining the live event.Docebo recommended that I select this in my Task List widget: But I don’t want them to see their In progress or Learning Paths. It’s already displayed in another section of their home page for better direction and clarification. I just want learners to see their ILT  ILT Event’s ‘join session now’ to stick around until AFTER the event is over, then it can disappear.Latecomers need to be able to join a live event.Any suggestions out there?

Trademark symbols not allowed in Course Descriptions?

We frequently use the ™ and ® symbols in our course descriptions when listing our product names. Today we started getting this message:  Invalid format. Emojis are not allowed.Has anyone figured out a workaround for the ® symbol?.I can use <sup>TM</sup> for the trademark. Thank you for any and all help!

Question about custom sign-in page

How is this working currently? After doing some reading, it seems the consensus is to create a new public catalog page? Or is it a new widget page? How are you telling the system to load this page instead of the default sign in page?Public catalog page seems off as we don’t want to use it to post any public external content, just to alter the sign in page to our needs - but maybe there’s some functionality there that is needed?I could create a custom page, but am still confused on how to make it take priority over the default sign in page.

Creating a new landing page for all users

Hello! I hope you are all good! I was wondering if the amazing Docebo community will be able to help this new joiner!I have recently taken over the running of the platform and it is still very much in the early stages and I am trying to get to grips with creating a new welcome page. Looking on this community, I can see people have created some amazing landing pages.Is the only way to do this through CSS?
