Has anyone had a similar issue to this please? 

Our Docebo is linked to iTrent and we use SSO.  Our employees access Docebo via a link in Employee Self Service.  This is working for everyone except 1 new employee who gets Error 500 when they attempt to log into Docebo.

They can get into Employee Self Service so our SSO is working.   They are set as an LMS user in iTrent and I can see he is set up as a User in Docebo.  Unsure what else to try.

Anyway to check the SSO logs? Usually they have alot more to say.

I would check for syntax issues with your trust - like if you use an email address as your trust, ensure that there are no unexpected characters.

Beyond that - I would think that opening a ticket with Docebo support is the way to go.
