I am hoping to hear about your experience with Questions & Answers or Comments widget on courses. We are not using these widgets at this time but there have been SMEs inquiring on allowing users to ask questions or reach out via the course to set up 1:1 time. Could you share how you use these widgets? Some of my questions are as follows:
- How do you monitor the conversation?
- How is the SME notified there is a question that needs to be answered? Do they just have to check the course regularly?
- Is the person who asked the question notified when someone answers the question?
- What settings do you have in place? Where do I go to view the settings for Q&A and comments?
- Anything I should keep in mind while researching?
- Any advice on using/implementing the widgets?
Of course, any other experiences or suggestion you might have are welcome!!
