There are several items we’d love to be able to do with the retraining app that I’d love to get on the radar.

 

  1. Alternate which courses are available year over year inside one retraining. (ex: I assign annual retraining for Workplace harassment, 1 year is a short refresher, 2nd round they get the whole 2-hour compliance, 3rd year back to short refresh)
  2. Have a course trigger a retraining, but not be associated with the continued retraining. (ex: you take Skills 101, which assigns your the Skills Retraining - inside you’re taking Skills 101 refresher, not the skills 101 course which assigned it to you)
  3. Lock the “renew now” until a specific date/time before deadline. To prevent scope creep and keep people in cohorts. (Renew date is 9/30 - you can’t click renew until 9/1)
  4. Choose your own adventure renew - where we have the ability to link multiple options inside the renewal, and they need to complete 2 of 5 to be considered complete. 
  5. Have the “cannot take previous course” function timebound, so that courses they’ve previously completed are excluded as options for a specific amount of time (ex: in the above example they cannot take the same 2 courses they took last year, the following year (year 3) the original courses become available again. 

 

Retraining Notifications:

  1. A digest email for all upcoming Retraining.

 

Auto Enrollment:

  1. The ability to trigger auto enrollments from retraining completions
