There are several items we’d love to be able to do with the retraining app that I’d love to get on the radar.
- Alternate which courses are available year over year inside one retraining. (ex: I assign annual retraining for Workplace harassment, 1 year is a short refresher, 2nd round they get the whole 2-hour compliance, 3rd year back to short refresh)
- Have a course trigger a retraining, but not be associated with the continued retraining. (ex: you take Skills 101, which assigns your the Skills Retraining - inside you’re taking Skills 101 refresher, not the skills 101 course which assigned it to you)
- Lock the “renew now” until a specific date/time before deadline. To prevent scope creep and keep people in cohorts. (Renew date is 9/30 - you can’t click renew until 9/1)
- Choose your own adventure renew - where we have the ability to link multiple options inside the renewal, and they need to complete 2 of 5 to be considered complete.
- Have the “cannot take previous course” function timebound, so that courses they’ve previously completed are excluded as options for a specific amount of time (ex: in the above example they cannot take the same 2 courses they took last year, the following year (year 3) the original courses become available again.
Retraining Notifications:
- A digest email for all upcoming Retraining.
Auto Enrollment:
- The ability to trigger auto enrollments from retraining completions
