According to the following article, Docebo already uses AI in certain parts of the platform.

I guess the bigger question is, what types of things would you like Docebo to support for things like chatGPT (important to remember that is just one current trendy tool out there, there is a field of similar things and rapidly developing) The big thing to be careful of especially with how specifically chatGPT was developed is it does not understand fact vs. not fact and will confidently present wrong information.Gotta make sure any process of use would factor this in. 

In the meantime, would think users/workflows experimenting could easily leverage the api to try out and see what works and what doesn’t.  

Yes, and it’s important to remember that the knowledge cut-off point for ChatGPT is September 2021. Any information that surfaces after this date will not be reflected in its answers.

So what if ChatGPT could be intgrated wit for instance the Virtual coach, and or the search?

And for us as a SW provider it could be interesting to get access to, and train a LLM on data from Learn. The we could generate help functionality within our SE that ca suggest relewant training from Docebo learn, and thso way have more training done.
