I’ve been tasked with finding out if the Harmony AI search features would be beneficial to our organization. Is anyone actively using them? What’s the feedback and engagement been like? I’d love to know for either the Harmony Search, Harmony Copilot or both.

Hey, folks, I pursued learning how to use the API with AI. Made good success here with Google, but curious if anyone’s pulled it off with Microsoft. The idea of using Excel and a script to do the imports is simple, but the Microsoft ecosystem operates much differently from Google.Would love to know if anyone’s pulled this off. Thanks!

Hi everyone 👋With the release of Harmony AI Tutor and Docebo Companion, I’ve been analyzing how this changes our L&D architecture. It essentially splits our focus into two tracks: Docebo Companion (Performance Support): Bringing targeted LMS content directly to specific URLs (CRM, Ticketing, etc.) via the browser extension. Harmony AI Tutor (Deep Learning): The side-panel AI inside the course player, strictly querying our internal content for summaries and quizzes. I need some suggestions.  we are looking for a place for people to have a place to post information about agents they have created.  We thought we would create an Agent page in Docebo.  We thought about having a place for team members to upload documentation and videos showing how they created the agent, a link to the agent etc.  Has anyone done anything like this?  My thought is a channel.  Any feedback and thoughts will be very helpful! 

Anyone know of an AI agent/chatbot that you can iframe into an elearning course?The concept is instead of using a scenario builder (a common enough content block type in tools like Rise and Easy Generator)? To teach a chatbot to support certain scenarios in a natural language type of way.For example - lets say we make a course on delegating tasks for managers. Instead of doing role playing like activities with the scenario builder? The idea is to tune up the chatbot to respond to a person after it knows its role in the story (maybe in one case it is the micromanaging supervisor, in another scenario  it is the person that deflects tasks). 

At my organization, our learning team has done a bunch of testing with the AI Coach, and I was curious if anyone else's experience differs from ours.We are not a sales organization, so the primary scenarios we’ve been testing are direct report/direct supervisor situations such as providing feedback on meeting goals, how to properly interview, etc.The way the bot responds during the interaction is pretty good. It follows along well with the personality that we give it, and it’s fairly realistic.Where we have some concerns are in the feedback that it gives after the interaction. The feedback focuses a lot on brevity, clarity, and correctness, which isn’t necessarily bad but it can miss the bigger picture.For example, if you build a scenario where you’re giving someone negative feedback, it encourages you to be more concise when that can be detrimental to the relationship with the person. Gemini 2.0 is out for google and they have a crazy intriguing product called NotebookLM.You feed it a document and it outputs summarizations with a pretty decent run at the detail.I think can fit into a place with Compliance and Safety training easy, but it can go alot further.And its audio overview……..is nothing short of a spectacular production quality. As of late, I have been looking at innovative ways to bring content to the table.I recently discovered synthesia studio - a way of leveraging some common deep fake technologies in a “prosumer” level. It does wow people and for those that are looking to add the special “somethin somethin” to a course, it may do the trick.I watched this one YouTube video that explains why this seems to be a rising trend - even if some the initial strides with the initial technology is actually 3-4 years old (well explained in the video).Curious if anyone is going this direction with their content. Does anyone know what content types will or won’t be searchable by Docebo’s new Neural Search feature when it’s released?We’re prepping to upload a large volume of training materials soon, all in PDF format. I’m trying to figure out if those PDFs will be indexed effectively if uploaded as a file, or if it would be better (from a Neural Search perspective) to upload them as slide-based content instead.Any insights or documentation from the Docebo team would be super helpful. I'm providing feedback about the AI presenter option in Creator. To improve this feature, it would be very helpful to add the following capabilities:Automatic subtitles - The ability to generate subtitles automatically for the AI presenter videos. Auto-advance between pages - An option that allows to move automatically from one page to the next when the video segment ends, without requiring manual clicks. Expanded language support - Currently, not all 36 available languages are supported for the AI presenter feature, which limits its usefulness for us in Israel.

Getting harder and harder to ignore output from things like this.At the very least it can inspire lost stakeholders on where to go.

Hello, My power-user external clients are less than thrilled with two items: calendar - they want one calendar view that shows available AND enrolled courses, and let’s users directly enroll or unenroll from the calendar. This looks like a massive dev cost for us potentially.  ILT creation - pretty cumbersome. Cheaper dev cost to fix this.for both of these I’ve been looking at API work that’s all pre-written in code. I’m wondering if I’m looking at this wrong. could I maybe use RPA (robotic process automation) instead, and have users enter requests that are handled by clicking and typing by RPA? This would get rid of any need for API calls, and would allow me to perform actions not supported by the API   has anyone gone down this route (RPA) and have possible advice for me from lessons you learned even if you did not complete your RPA project? technically RPA is not generative A

I’m looking to implement at least two bots - one that indexes both our docebo as well as our multiple knowledge bases at our company, and one that has access to sharepoint and other internal document stores. Potentially a third one could be a sales roleplay bot. Currently I am using FreePik (paid not free version) and illustrator to make thumbnails.I would love to instead use stablediffusion to generate thumbnails and in the future hero images In particular, we like images that look more like scenes - the two on the left. There aren’t enough topical images like those two and I often have to use more generic clipart like the two on the right. I also spend a lot of time adding diversity to clip-art which presumably stable diffusion could do from the get-go.   Is anyone successfully using AI to generate their thumbnails? Happy to pay for a good tool!
