Hello, My power-user external clients are less than thrilled with two items: calendar - they want one calendar view that shows available AND enrolled courses, and let’s users directly enroll or unenroll from the calendar. This looks like a massive dev cost for us potentially. ILT creation - pretty cumbersome. Cheaper dev cost to fix this.for both of these I’ve been looking at API work that’s all pre-written in code. I’m wondering if I’m looking at this wrong. could I maybe use RPA (robotic process automation) instead, and have users enter requests that are handled by clicking and typing by RPA? This would get rid of any need for API calls, and would allow me to perform actions not supported by the API has anyone gone down this route (RPA) and have possible advice for me from lessons you learned even if you did not complete your RPA project? technically RPA is not generative AI but I thought this was the closest fit
Hello, We are generating quizzes using subtitle files (and course descriptions). Does anyone have a utility that can convert text in the following format into either a docebo-compatible moodle quiz or an articulate rise quiz? It needs some human touchup, but this is amazing! My prompt was “generate a 10 question multiple choice quiz from the following subtitle transcript: “ followed by pasting in the text from a 5kb subtitle file. What are the two sides in the war that's raging inside us mentioned in the transcript? a) Lion and tiger b) Dragon and goat c) Elephant and rhino d) Hawk and dove What is the dragon mentioned in the transcript a nickname for? a) The elephantine part of the brain b) The goat-like part of the brain c) The reptilian part of the brain d) The avian part of the brain What is the limbic system in the amygdala according to the transcript? a) The dragon b) The goat c) The fight or flight zone d) The comfort zone What does the dragon represent in the transcript? a) A
I’m looking to implement at least two bots - one that indexes both our docebo as well as our multiple knowledge bases at our company, and one that has access to sharepoint and other internal document stores. Potentially a third one could be a sales roleplay bot. All of these would be microsoft power virtual agents implemented through iframes. Has anyone implemented any bots in their LMS via iframes yet? You can see an example of how I want the third one (sales roleplay) to play out here:https://www.linkedin.com/posts/leonardrodman_self-prompting-for-sales-roleplay-with-chatgpt-ugcPost-7072584132538613761-5ZV-?utm_source=share&utm_medium=member_desktop

Here’s some sample outputs from https://chat.openai.com/ . They end up being very similar, has anyone had luck getting more varied outputs, perhaps with a different AI? Also obviously I can’t use the one-on-one copy for video courses. As open-sourced AI tools get better this year, I’d love to see “generate description from title” and “generate thumbnail from title” built in to Docebo. write a description for a course named "Improve your Time Management Skills with Debbie Maier""Improve your Time Management Skills with Debbie Maier" is a course designed to help individuals learn effective strategies for managing their time and increasing productivity. Led by experienced time management coach Debbie Maier, this course will provide participants with practical tools and techniques to better plan their days, prioritize tasks, and make the most of their time.Throughout the course, Debbie will cover topics such as setting goals, creating a daily schedule, and managing distractions. Currently I am using FreePik (paid not free version) and illustrator to make thumbnails.I would love to instead use stablediffusion to generate thumbnails and in the future hero images In particular, we like images that look more like scenes - the two on the left. There aren’t enough topical images like those two and I often have to use more generic clipart like the two on the right. I also spend a lot of time adding diversity to clip-art which presumably stable diffusion could do from the get-go. Is anyone successfully using AI to generate their thumbnails? Happy to pay for a good tool!
As of late, I have been looking at innovative ways to bring content to the table.I recently discovered synthesia studio - a way of leveraging some common deep fake technologies in a “prosumer” level. It does wow people and for those that are looking to add the special “somethin somethin” to a course, it may do the trick.I watched this one YouTube video that explains why this seems to be a rising trend - even if some the initial strides with the initial technology is actually 3-4 years old (well explained in the video).Curious if anyone is going this direction with their content. Heck I introduced it to my how to videos on the front page of the system and I got wonderful comments including - so who is the voice talent and how much did you pay for it.
I am huge fan of this product. If you are looking for a AI programme to help make your marketing and learning more successful, than this is the programme for you. It has helped me write content and emails quickly with little effort on my part, so I've been able to use it when I'm really pressed for time or don't have the necessary creative writing skills (which we all know can be a life saver sometimes). I even wrote this with the AI. See the product here
