We have thousands of users with hundreds of power users and different profiles based on what their role is at our franchises across the country. These roles change often, and our data connector will pick those up and update an additional field through Docebo Connect. Once we have those additional fields updated, I would ideally like to automatically assign the respective power user profile they should receive based on certain criteria.

Any ideas? 

you can do part of that if you import users. Doing the import process, you can identify a user a power users and assign them a role. The only caveat is that you cannot assign Resources. In some cases, if they are managing users in their own branch, you wont need them. PLease make sure to test, test, test of this seems like a good approach for you. We’ve done this managers and some PU’s and it works well.

Using groups to manage access to things like catalogues, channels, etc. is also very useful. I usually add these PU’s toy a group to manage them easily.
