Docebo Connect - Add Instructor to Session or Events

Hi,

Does anyone have experience using Docebo Connect to create ILTs?

We are using Docebo Connect to create ILT’s based on information from Salesforce. In the connector (which is basically Workato) we have a recipe that can create a new session and event for an existing ILT and it works well. However, no matter what we try, it won’t pull instructors. We have the instructor user ID in Salesforce, try to add the instructor to the Session, and it errors. 

 

Any help would be appreciated!

@markbrumley - you may want to try the folks over at ESKillz for some general advice in this space as they helped us with a Docebo Connect project and are aware of some error  handling issues they have tackled with some clients. Adding @aempson.

Sorry, I have no access to Docebo Connect so not sure what is supported by the official connector.
