We have a Docebo Recipe for user data automation and we are intermittently receiving a ‘502 Bad Gateway’ error. This is happening quite frequently, probably every fourth run, for a user population size c25k.
We’re a pretty new customer of Docebo, so I was wondering if other customers had experienced this issue, and whether they were experiencing it now, or it was becoming more common.
I should add that we have raised it with Docebo who are investigating. They have provided a workaround in Connect to effectively retry when an error occurs but his is masking the issue somewhat.
