HI @webb.deneys I may be wrong but I do not believe this can be done via API’s or by an admin. Only the user can update their pic via My Learning Profile (editing their own profile)

I am sure @lrnlab is correct. We put out a monthly newsletter to our customers with new content, tips/tricks etc. where we did a quick how to guide on adding a profile photo. I must admit we did not get a massive uptake but many of those who did upload photos certainly had a sense of humor !
