When I try to get the notifications log via /notifications/v1/notifications_log, I recieve the following error message:

How can I set up this functionality?

Unfortunately, pretty sure this falls into the category like reports where the API exists, but its not for us, its for internal Docebo use at this time so theres not a way to configure from our end to make it work. :(

This seems to be very possible. However, it would be very appreciated to let us know that this would not work on the our end. That would save us some time of trying to make the API work out different ways, and reduce the level of frustration. 😏


One of my learners is saying they never got an email about being enrolled in a course, and I was so excited when my Docebo rep told me about this API!  Upon using it I receive the same error y’all have described here, and I’m a little miffed that this API was recommended by my Docebo rep when it won’t work for us.

Docebo is currently working on an important update for notifications which will include logs. We have the functionality on our sandbox, but it is not yet live on our production system. The API endpoint on the sandbox is still not working (the API seems to be on a staging server), but you could access the log from the platform itself. This might have caused the confusion.

Yes--I just saw this update in our Production environment today.  :)  However, the logs only go back to yesterday; the missing email was sent ~2 weeks ago.  So unfortunately the new activity doesn’t give me what I need, but I do think it will be very helpful in the future.
