We are looking to implement a new web conferencing platform and want to ensure that it integrates easily and effectively with Docebo. I would love to hear what you are using and what your experience has been.

We use zoom go to webinar and teams

 

teams is usually free since you probably have MS Office. Free is cool. 
 

I am looking into BlueJeans (oddly, by Verizon?) since it has 8+ simultaneous language support. But you probably don’t need that. 
 

Webinar production value on BlueJeans looks nicer. 


WebEx is the easiest to configure, Zoom works well, Teams is a little more complicated to set-up and use. Think the best is to test with your primary tool and see if that works for you and your employees


For end users anything zoom is usually easiest in the 35+ age category (which includes me, though obviously as an IT admin I’m not a typical user)

 

We have end user support issues periodically with GTW and Teams.

 

BlueJeans looks like it is fully browser based on both ends. Going to trial it soon.
