Hi - since Friday - instead of our regular messages back from the automation app, it looks like we have been getting this error message.

For the most part? It looks like our business continues to run - and users are being created by our integrations...have you all heard anything else about this? Because even though I reported this to Docebo Support - the message back was not a clear one other than it is recognized as an issue by the dev team and there is a task to investigate further.

Here is a ticket reference: 686958.

Seems like the message was resolved - as we are getting back our typical messaging from the automation app.

hmmm, no. Are your files encrypted? are you running them off an ftp site that is not secure (not sftp)?

Hi,

We’re getting the same message. Just wanted to post here to see if you get any updates.

Thanks!

We had the same issue. We put in a ticket and were told that a fix would be going in by today. Sounds like it’s working again. Good to know!
