Hello,

Is anyone able to share survey questions that you’ve posed to your customers who are using Docebo to learn how to use your company’s product? I’m looking for questions that get at blockers and the reasons why customer engagement with education content may fall off after a certain point in order to drive improvements.

You might do better googling some survey sites that do blogs on suggested. I typically leverage platforms that basically develop question sets that just need to be tweaked as there is a TON of science behind surveying that is super easy to take for granted or overlook which gives unintended results when ignored.
