Hello,

I am currently creating an intake process for stakeholders to request their materials (course) be uploaded to the platform. Does anyone have a intake process that has been successful or any materials that will be helpful?

I have one that basically wsa using our support ecosystem already. It uses a robust qualtrics form for inital submission/intake, and than a sharepoint site of a few lists and document libraries to manage all of the various items and stages of deployment. Holds things like inhouse compliance numbers/dates/course codes etc. so can be used for the life cycle of the courses and documents. It is highly tailored to our unique working process though.
