We are coming close to our annual trainings for the entire company and I hit a roadblock when setting up badges, leaderboard, and contest because I do not see any option to show by branches instead of individually. Is there an option using these three options to show which Branch completed all their Annual trainings first, second, third, etc.

Are you asking about showing a roll up leaderboard for branches only? If yes, I’m not sure this is possible...The leaderboards can be limited to specific branches but the details are always displayed for individual users..
Could be a good idea too post though...
