Absence Report?

Hi folks - Hope everyone is keeping safe and well.

 

When our team mark attendance they also mark when someone is absent from an ILT session.  At the moment I’m trying to run a report that details the sessions where attendance is not marked.  But when I run the report that I created it brings up those that are marked as absent as well but it doesn’t detail this in the report if that makes sense?   Any ideas on how to just run a report on those that haven’t been marked as attended nor absent?

@andrewrobinsonILT reporting in Docebo is very limited.

 

The best (what unfortunately doesn’t mean good) option I have found, without using APIs, is to use the Course Summary report in the Reporting section.

 

There you can select a session, and then “Download as PDF” - this will create an attendance list detailing who did and who didn’t attend the session (yes, I know it’s not exportable nor editable, but I didn’t find anything better).
