I am a Super Admin within Docebo, and I am currently working on saving each user’s completion certificates for our corporate-required courses. However, I’m having trouble locating the history of completion dates for courses that are completed on an annual basis. Specifically, I need to review completion records for courses repeated this year.

I’ve already checked the course management, course reporting, and user reporting sections but haven’t found the necessary information.

Could you please advise if there’s a way to access these details? Any guidance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

How are you managing your annual courses? Do you archive the enrolments or do you create annual versions of your courses?

I believe we are archiving enrollments and creating annual versions of our courses. 

Well, if you prefer to have access to the test, survey and SCORM reports, you shouldn't archive your records. Archiving will make reporting down to that level impossible right now. We only use archiving for things will no or little content like ILT’s and some intro courses, etc.

Until we see the data in reports or Insights, or whenever archiving is updated to allow us to properly report on leaning objects, we’ll only use it in a very limited way.
