Hi!

What is the most efficient way of adding a ILT event recording post-event? I find myself (super admin) needing to enroll to the specific session, so I can upload a recording. Is there a way to do it without the enrollment process, this compromises accuracy of the reporting for course completions, as it adds a user that does not need to complete the training.

We usually ask our instructors/facilitators to upload the recordings, which is the easiest way. To avoid the reporting problem, you could either unenroll yourself from the course after uploading the recording or, not tried that myself yet, have you tried impersonating the instructor and uploading the file? Other than those 2 options, I can’t think of anything else. My first question would probably be why your instructors are not uploading the recordings.


Agree there is no option on the admin side to load recordings...only as described above.
