Annual Cohort- Learning Plan ILT and e-Learning

Hello, I’m hoping for some advice on a program we’ve set up. 

The learning plan has 5 e-Learning courses and 16 ILT sessions. Each ILT session also has e-learning content, which theoretically the learner should complete before attending the lives session. Each ILT session has one event with 3 sessions (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) and the learner has to complete both the e-Learning and one ILT to pass. 

The first cohort of learners is finishing the program. I developed as the program was being made, and now I’m thinking about cohort 2 and how to handle it best. I’m hoping for your expertise.

Do I duplicate the LP for each cohort as is? Can I duplicate the events and sessions with 2024 dates and not have to retype all of it?

Do I rebuild the LP and make all the e-learning courses prereqs to the ILT sessions? 

Do I rebuild the LP and do something different?

How are you running reports to know that people are compliant with the requirements to keep moving forward in the cohort? (Separate cohort 1 from cohort 2 in reporting)
