We plan to archive some of the compliance courses, and reenroll the learners. We are curious about how others are managing the certificates from completed courses that have been archived. The User Personal Summary is a key tool used by our Power Users to view learners course details and print certificates. Although I'm not sure if it's a simple or a cost-effective fix, I've sent a ticket to Docebo asking if it's possible to add the archive details to the UPS page.

 

I would greatly appreciate your feedback and/or workarounds.

Hi - Did you ever get a reply. We have the same problem. past certificates from Official certificated ILT’s have vanished?
