Is there an option to unenroll users from a Session if they did not attend?  We continue to have issues where users were not able to attend the original session they enrolled in and it is a time consuming process to have to instruct them how to change or unenroll / re-enroll into a new session.

Not to my knowledge...perhaps once Docebo launches the enrolment archive feature this may provide us with some new options for sessions.

If you track them as “not present” are they not able to register themselves in a new session?

Can confirm there is not a built in way currently. We do a nightly API process that unenrolls and then notifies the user with a deep link to sign up for anew session if they want to. Not the best, but works (but custom.) Agree with the above, hopefully some improvements here soon.

vote!

also @bfarkas do you do this with pure APIs or with a tool like qualtrics? Would love code if you can share!

Hey - Qualtrics is only for when you want to let end users provide input and create their own things, this is a scheduled power automate flow. It triggers on the overnight, looks up the sessions from the past day, pulls the attendance, anyone who is not completed gets unenrolled and sent an outlook email with a ‘sorry we missed you’ note and a deeplink back to the course to enroll in a new session. Its the same flow as some of the feedback streams use but based on who is marked as complete. The other thing is, the full list of users is captured in sharepoint for later reference if someone complains, an important part for data purposes since you really shouldn’t be doing this, but the switch process confuses everyone.

Ms power automate? How much does that run you. Looking at PowerBI anyway and we are a Microsoft shop so that would make more sense than postman pro probably - as much as I love postman

feel free to dm if private

Not sure on pricing, included in our existing account packages. Just had to build the custom connector, a generic starting one is available over at Fark.Tools

That being said, per your other posts, if you are looking into Docebo Connect, I would not do both, those are two systems for the same purpose, Workato and Power Automate.

The simple solution seems like Docebo could make it more obvious to choose a new session if you missed the one you registered for. Today, its hidden in a menu and not very users friendly. Like the OP said, we have to walk every person through how to choose a new session. Bad user experience.
