Unfortunately there is no concept of “delayed” enrolments in Docebo. Even if you decide to use Enrolment Rules with that group, they only work from or after the time a change is made to the group or rule….so in your case, even if you were to add a course each week to the rule, it would only be assign to those newly added to your group and not all others previously assigned.

You might want to look at the Learning Plan that has an option to delay access to a course x number of days after someone has completed it. This might be the closest to some kind of automation you can get to.
