Is there a way to make some training material optional and other training material mandatory within a course?
Related but maybe not, is there a way to batch edit training material status instead of going one by one to status?

+10short answer is no to both but you can try making one object an “end object marker” which will only track course completion when that object is completed. Maybe that would work for you?
Hi, it’s not a fix but you could try putting your mandatory learning objects at the start and making them prerequisites of the optional training material. https://help.docebo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020083540-Managing-Training-Material-Settings-and-Prerequisites#subtitle-9
So they would have to go through the mandatory materials before they get to the optional ones.
We’d love to be able to batch edit training material status too. 😄
