Hi there!

Is there a way to customize what fields are seen in the Branch Dashboard?
Currently its showing a lot of columns but we only need 6 of the fields. It causing some confusion for our managers.
 

 

Not sure what you are referring to as the Branch Dashboard when you show a pic of the Enrolments tab...are you asking about the new column that displays the users branch? If you need to remove some columns from your view, click this and deselect the columns you don't want to see...is that what you need?

 


Yes to what @lrnlab contributed. I would add the pain point is that Docebo does not allow these selections to persist across the platform and will need to be reset every time someone is viewing the “dashboard”. 


they sometimes persist when you stay in the same session but I agree it iOS frustrating not to be able to save your settings on these pages...especially when you do repeated searches...the sort order and number of records per page always resets...the columns do stay as long as your session is not interrupted so that’s a positive...

I am referring to the Branch Dashboard in the “New Reports” area.

Nope - in this case this is an as-is report.
