Hi!

I am testing out recertifications for courses and under My Activities>Certification>I clicked on the Renew Now button and saw at the bottom an option to “submit a new external activity valid for this certification...”. This is an internal course that they must retake so this should not be an option. I could not find a place where I could remove this option? Is it possible and if so, where do I do that? Thank you.

 

Hello! The only way is through the CSS. Here’s the code you can use:

 

/* Hide external certification */

.certification-renew-alternative {display:none !important;}

 

And if you want to hide the “Renew now” button: 

/* Hide Renew Now */

.certification-renew {display:none !important;}
