Can you have multiple instances of paypal?

We have more than one customer requesting paypal integration, but as far as we can see, there is no way to have more than one paypal recipient account active in the system at a time. Is this right?

HI @tommyVan think you can only have one instance...we use payflow and can only assign 1 account.
