We have been using Certifications for required courses that need to be repeated annually.  We recently ran into an issue where out ability to access certifications or view them has completely disappeared.  End users and Superadmins are unable to see them anywhere.  The problem emerged sometime over the weekend (Jan 7 to Jan 8)

 

Has anyone else encountered this problem before? Any insights or solutions would be greatly appreciated.
