I wanted to ask if anyone knows the best way to change a name on an issued certificate?

The background to the question is, we had a user that didn’t realise their name was incorrect on the platform until they completed a course and viewed their certificate.

We changed their name on the platform, changed their course status to in progress, then changed it back to complete but the certificate name didn’t change.

Is there a simple fix for this?

We have same stories happening from time to time, luckily it's easy to fix. 

You need to go to the certificate management and open the list of issued certificates. Select the course and find the user on the list, delete the certificate and then issue it again.

The new version will be generated with the current user details, but with the original course completion date.
