I would like to set up the learner assignments score scale as simple as passed or not passed or 1 to 5?

Is that possible?? 

Any suggestions ??

hmm, couldn't find a label for that but even if it were possible to change the text “ /100 “ it would still require that you enter a number in that field that would represented as a percentage.

You'd be best to log an idea for this.
